This is the second time I have dealt with Industrial Workwear over the past couple of years and I have to say they are very professional, efficient and their customer service and sales are very helpful. We were looking for polo shirts for our new uniforms at our company and was pleasantly surprised that when I initially asked for prices on a big brand t-shirt I was asked to look at a lesser known brand which was cheaper but better quality. There are not many companies that persuade you to buy cheaper goods. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of the person I dealt with and I have to say the finished product is superb and the quality is excellent as promised. Once the artwork had been finalised I received our brand spanking new embroidered t-shirts in less time than originally quoted. All in all a very happy camper and will be placing repeat orders very soon. I can safely say I wouldn't go anywhere else for my printed work clothing. Thank you for all of your help.

From start to finish Industiral Workwear were spot on with their customer service. Tracey, who I dealt with personally was exceptional, and she worked hard to get us our exact colour match for our logos, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them.

The Customers Account should not be debited until the unit is despatched, not when the order is placed. The first delivery attempt was not successful, despite the fact that I followed all the instructions and waited in all afternoon.

Our order was handed promptly. Ordered wrong items & asked if i could exchange. Had no problem returning wrong items & re-ordering and givn full refund without any problems. Would use this supplier again
