After struggling to find a Company to complete our business clothing order we stumbled across Industrial Workwear. The service from beginning to end was first class, particularly from Hannah Telfer. We found it difficult to complete payment online (probably pilot error!) and we’re talked though it over the phone. When items in our order were not available we were contacted immediately with an alternative option supplied at the same price. The delivery was then received less than 48 hours later (we are based on the Isle of Man so additional shipping time needed to be considered) - we couldn’t believe it! Finally, a follow up courtesy email was received the next day which just made us feel so valued at customers. The items received were as ordered and to a high quality. We highly recommended Industrial Workwear, and we shall definitely be using again!
