I dealt with Kieran (MD) from the outset, sent an enquiry, got emails back right away, call scheduled for next day. No pressure selling, offering time to think about it (bad experience with another company), decided to go ahead with Impact Digital Signage, quick delivery, easy set-up, had to call Kieran with a Q about my own wifi settings, he picked up first ring and was able to assist via face-time. Not long after I placed the order, I had a very professional and friendly phone call to confirm my address and a few things and then the screen was delivered really quickly. I called to ask for help with set up and the phone was answered straight away and Kieron talked me through and got it set up. Really professional company- I'm very impressed

We ordered an Ultra Brightness HD screen for our office window, delivered on time without issue. It developed a LED fault after around 8 months but this wasn't a problem; we spoke to Kieran who had a replacement dispatched within a day. It took around a week to have our replacement in place and the faulty screen collected all in all which was very reasonable. These things happen. Kieran is a nice chap and overall our experience has been excellent. Thanks

Dealing with Impact Digital Signage has been an absolute pleasure! Shoutout to Kieran who has been with us throughout the whole process from getting a quote to scheduling pick up of the screens, and generally being a gem. Our company has hired 5 freestanding digital posters for an event to display customer video testimonials. Kieran was kind enough to walk us through what parameters the videos need to be and then to pass on our video files to his team so we didn't have to worry about uploading them on the day. Everything went smoothly with the delivery and engineers arrived to help with the screen set up. The quality of the freestanding digital posters was better than we could imagine and the hire pricing was very competitive. Keiran has been great! There was an issue with my order and Keiran was super responsive and fixed it straight away. He then jumped on a call with me to help set up the screens. Great customer service! The screens are also great

A good thing I’ll say is they will deliver the goods in terms of when they say they will regarding delivery time. But getting your stuff done, they will take forever! If you’re a small business your probably best going somewhere else, they take forever to reply to your queries, they’re overpriced, and I feel a bit scammed regarding pricing once I started ordering more stuff for them and finding other competitors who are much cheaper, (there’s no set price is abit like the stock market one day it’s X then the next day is Y, if you catch them on a good day they might move mountains for you) staff are friendly but lack professionalism, I ordered a sign which they got wrong which still Hasn’t been dealt with. The quality of their stuff could be much better for what their charging, their LED boxes seems really good which makes up for things I guess. I think for me it’s the lack of dealing with me as a customer and not keeping communication with me is the annoying part. I would love to give higher but I can’t based on that.
