I couldn’t rate this place enough! I have been attending this clinic for laser treatment for a couple of months now. Morgan who does my laser treatments is amazing!! She’s very friendly, helpful and always makes you feel good about yourself. She is gentle, makes me feel at ease and provides great advice on after care. The ladies at the reception couldn’t be more attentive. They have very bubbly personalities, always smiling, very talkative and always offer you drinks. I am currently on my 2nd session of laser treatments and have noticed a huge difference already! It has boosted my confidence massively! Would definitely recommend! :)

I’ve been coming to Samantha Rose for laser hair removal since the summer. I have sessions every 6 weeks and noticed a difference immediately. The girls at Samantha Rose are professional and friendly and I highly encourage people to consider having laser hair removal with them.

I have had all my laser removal sessions done by Steph and I couldn’t recommend her more. She’s polite and good at talking to you which helps you feel at ease. Steph always asks how I feel about the results at each session and assesses the area of removal and acts accordingly with the settings of the laser treatment and I see results after each session I have had. Steph recommends aftercare at each session not just the initial one which is fab because I’m forgetful. The salon has a lovely vibe I chat to everyone. I’m very satisfied with my salon choice for my laser removal the results speak for themselves.

Been coming here for laser tattoo removal for a while now. The staff are great. It is the Perfect solution for unwanted tattoos. The results are fantastic. And the price is good and affordable. I would definitely recommend these to anyone with unwanted tattoo.

I do not live in Blackburn or anywhere near so I had no idea what this beauticians was like. Some of the reviews are amazing and the website seemed classy. My experience didn’t match up. Furthermore, it was offering a high end treatment that I wished to have, however, my experience did not reflect this, and Samantha was always at least 20 minutes late for every appointment of a 3 course subscription, which I would have ideally got out of but couldn’t. There was definitely no leeway to cancelled outside of ‘policy’! The machine was supposed to have a new head for every client but I ended up with tiny blackheads all over my face. Furthermore, it was supposed to be followed with a high-end products, which didn’t happen and other in house products where used instead. I was supposed to have face, neck and décolletage treated and paid extra but this was done rushed and when I watched the brands videos of how the treatment was supposed to be administered, my experience was different. In my opinion this high end treatment was used to attract new customers and then trap them prior to visiting into a subscription which they couldn’t get out of. Not value for money and selling a product that was not always administered as the brand intended. Research well and NEVER EVER PAY UPFRONT.

I recently had a large number of skin tags removed from my neck and under arms. I have had them for years and a bit of a nuisance catching them on clothes etc. Thought I would have to put up with them until I called into Samantha Rose. No I didn’t. The treatment was painless, quick and the service received was very professional and caring. Samantha and staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Fantastic job. So glad I went. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you to you all.

Found on facebook and booked in for laser tattoo removal. Had a medium tattoo on my arm so booked a package as advised by the clinic, as takes multiple sessions. Was booked in with Steph who was fantastic, keeping me talking while having the procedure so doesn’t hurt nearly as much. She’s also very quick, polite and professional. I’ve had 4 sessions on my tattoo and it’s made a noticeable difference fading well. I would 100% recommend the clinic for this or any procedure. Thank you

I have been to this salon plenty of times and all I can say is wow it is a luxury salon with the top of the range laser and beauty machines. Always service with a smile and the ladies make you feel like a million dollars when you walk out. Very clean and well looked after salon, Sam the owner is amazing so down to earth, gives excellent advise for treatments and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Best Salon for Laser hair removal and facials! I have been going to this salon for two years now and always book in with Steph who is fantastic. Makes you feel so comfortable during the laser and honestly has been the best decision I’ve made. Am virtually hair free and love it. I got regularly now for the carbon laser facials and can see a real difference in my skin. Highly recommend and could not recommend Steph more as she is amazing.
