Arrived in 2 days exactly what I wanted and seems good quality

The USB to RS232 converter I purchased did not work. When I connect it to the laptop the Windows Wizard asks for the drivers for this device. The tech said it was Windows 11 compatible & no drivers required as inbuilt. A tech friend of mine suggested I purchase an Edgeport converter as this will work with my interface & Windows 11 compatible. Do you have any suggestions as to how to get this inverter to work?

Quick delivery and the LINDY branded parallel port cable is really good quality- can see they had fun with the branding, not sure they could have fit any more mentions of the word LINDY on the cable.
