The website enabled me to find what I wanted with minimal effort. The communication was excellent and prompt.

Entire process was good. Shipping was slightly delayed (not Lindy's fault). Well packaged and as described. The cables tested thus far have worked correctly.

I'm sure that the quality of the merchandise will be excellent -- when it arrives. It has yet to arrive. The time taken from order to (non-)arrival does seem a bit on the long side. As it happens, I'm not in a big hurry for either of the two components ordered; but I could have been.

Hi there, I recently bought two cables from you, Scott was very helpful with this for me especially when the cables got lost in transit, he did his best to find them for me, although they are still not here I am fairly sure that they will be here on Monday, if not then I am sure that Scott will find them for me in short order.

Product arrived within 24 hours as promised and the product was exactly as promised and displayed on the website. We have used this product and are very happy with it.

I only called LINDY Aust. once (so far) as I found a technical shortfall of the supplied LINDY VGA to HDMI convertor. I does not provide the stated 1920x1200 @ 60Hz resolution to my Dell U2415 (16:10) aspect ratio monitor. I got straight through to the technical department, which was very good, but unfortunately there has been no successful outcome as to why the convertor does not provide the 1920x1200 output to the monitor. My guess is that is does not actually provide this output. I rate their service very good, the product is presented well, delivery time was excellent but its differentiator (1920 x 1200 resolution needed for a 16:10 aspect ratio monitor) from the rest of the similar VGA converters is not there. I actually bought an ALogic convertor first and then the LINDY convertor as it outputted 1920 x 1200...

Exactly what I ordered, arrived the next day.
