United States | 23 January 2025I would never use this company for any services again. I hired them to perform a routine cleaning of the air ducts in my condo in Brooklyn. The technician didn't show up for the first appointment within the agreed upon service window. After rescheduling, he performed the service. The very first time the HVAC turned on a couple of hours later, it was clearly broken during the service. It sounded like an airplane landing. Despite the temperatures in New York being the coldest in years during this particular week, the company ignored my immediate follow up and instead (literally) left me in the cold with no heat. When they finally responded several days later, they simply refused to come back and told me via text that it wasn't their fault. Then they just stopped responding. I'm reporting the company to the consumer protection bureau and plan to pursue legal remedies after a new company comes to fix the mess that Clean Air created. Beyond horrible experience and all around fraudulent business.

United States | 01 October 2024Deceptive practices. Changed the name of the company on us two times. Changed the quote by $1800 last minute. Harassed us after two days and threatened to take us to court for not paying after three days.
