We rented the all new auto roller 747 for a weekend away to Forest of Dean and we can honestly say that we have had the best time, much thanks to the lovely RV & Ollie for accommodating us. We mistakenly booked it for too few days but Ollie was so kind to accommodate us last minute and let us rent the RV one day extra. The RV itself is brand new and spotless clean - it comes almost fully stocked, so all we really needed was just a few bits and bobs and to stock the fridge and we were ready to go, it certainly made our journey so easy and comfortable! We can definitely recommend Follow Frank to anyone who considers renting a van or a motor home for your journey / holiday! We have had such a great experience - from “check in” to “check out”, everything has been 5 stars! Follow Frank definitely deliver a luxurious experience and it’s lovely that it’s not a faceless business, but that you get to actually have contact with Ollie, which was a huge help if we had any questions or problems during our trip he was available when we needed him. We rented the Japan North Star 2 van for a week, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The van's spaciousness and storage capacity were great, and the bed was very comfortable! We had the Autoroller747 for a week in Cornwall - just the most fun! Ollie was brilliant at check in and check out - explained all and showed us everything about the motor home and was always on hand for any last minute questions (thank you!). Great service, beautifully kept motorhome and so easy to sort. We’ve loved our experience and will definitely look to hire again.

I stayed in the VW California and it was super easy to drive. A lot more space than I thought there was going to be, and Ollie was a great help throughout the time if I had any questions. Would 100% recommend for a staycation.

Really easy process to book and hire the van. Ollie was very helpful and gave us the full tour the van and showed us how everything worked before we set off. Reasonably priced and the van was great. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
