I have ordered 8 bridles from them over the past few years. All have been top quality with nice, soft leather and gel. The horses seem to find them comfortable. I’ve only had one problem, with a browband, which was replaced immediately.

I purchased a stud girth online in the LUMIERE sale. Great product. Great price. But I ordered the wrong size. When I tried to get a return label to exchange online I discovered that sale items are non returnable & non refundable. I was very disappointed. I contacted LUMIERE by email & explained my situation. LUMIERE went out if their way to solve my problem even though they did not want a discontinued item returned to the warehouse. Story ends well! I now have a beautiful girth that fits. Thank you LUMIERE.

I ordered two bridles from hwre both are of great quality and arrived exactly as pictured. Will be ordering from here again. I am in America and I would say these were slightly smaller compared to our typical sizing. But very happy with purchase.

I absolutely LOVE this brand. With their anatomical design and beautiful soft leather the items are very comfortable for the horse. I first bought the bridle then the different girts and now own a breastplate too. I wouldn’t go back the another brand. Great customer service too. Thanks Lumière. 🤍🖤

I love my bridle! The leather is soft, supple and gorgeous! The attention to detail is some of the best I have ever seen. This bridle looks stunning on my horse! My order originally was missing the reins. I sent an email to customer service and it was rectified immediately! I ordered the adjustable stud girth a few months ago in anticipation of having to ride several different horses, and let me tell you, it has been a dream. It is so useful to have one girth that fits several horses. The girth arrived rather quickly especially given I live in the United States and on the east coast, the leather is really buttery and high quality, the anatomic cut of the girth is gorgeous as well. I also more recently ordered the padded nappa reins after my current set had snapped in a spook accident. I don’t mean to exaggerate, but they’re honestly the nicest reins I’ve ever laid my hands on, so soft, really pliable, and honestly nice to look at. Especially for the price these are the nicest reins on the market. It can be daunting to order tack online especially when you can’t tell what the quality or construction is like, but with Lumiere I am never concerned about either of those things.

All of Lumiere's tack is high quality for the equestrian with a limited budget. Their bridles are beautiful (and some of the best rose gold styles out there!), and their Venus breastplate is such a favorite of mine that I've bought it twice -- one of the best convertible 5-to-4-point breastplates I've found yet. -Allie Heninger

Great quality leather! Beautiful bridle, But even more important their customer service was amazing. I returned my original bridle after it was to small, Lumiere make the return process easy, but USPS lost the package and was unable and unwilling to help me out after they lost it! Lumiere customer service was amazing they sent me a new bridle at no extra cost and were so helpful and awesome to deal with, I cannot say enough good things. My new bridle is absolutely gorgeous! I will definitely use them again in the future

The leather is really lovely , I've now bought there girth and a bridal , I find my horse works alot better with the girth allowing him to have more freedom around his shoulders , and the bridal is just gorgeous 😍 a beautifully made peice

This is a beautiful bridle with super soft leather and looks like pure luxury. Unfortunately the leveraged padding under the chin broke the first time I used it which is disappointing but it doesn't take away from the bridles functionality or how pretty it looks.
