I was sent a completely different item. The collection of the item was poorly managed, and the misplaced item, the only one in stock, was lost in transit. Two weeks later I was refunded. Two stars for at least maintaining good comunication.

Delivery of the item has need a nightmare. having to download the shop app to find out the location of the delivery is awful. then the app have little to no information on it. trying to re-book the delivery due to not being home, to then having to call dpd and then use there website instead to re-book a delivery. Taken a couple of hours to sort this out. which is completely unnecessary.
