Needed a replacement stay for my ottoman, excellent website, ordered, picked and despatched very promptly. All components included in package, and a diagram of fitting instructions with precise dimensions for fixing holes. Fitted and worked first time, with soft close. The calculator for number of stays was helpful, and correct.

Cannot recommend Eurofit Direct enough. Delivery was fast, price was competitive, range was perfect for my requirements. There was an issue with my order but before I knew anything about it, I’d been contact by Eurofit Direct and the issue was in the process of being sorted. Sometimes things go wrong. How you deal with it makes all the difference. Excellent service.

It was a small initial offer for 3 pairs of runners for chest of drawers. They arrived coated with a sticky wax(?) like substance that had to be washed off with detergent. Despite this covering 2 of the runners had deep rust patches.

I didn’t receive my order, first order arrived to the same address by Royal Mail ok but when ordered the same item second time it didn’t arrive. I called to see where my order is and the lady at the other end said that has been delivered, when I said that I didn’t received my item they said that nothing they can do as I was the one choosing Royal Mail next day over the other currier that they have. In my opinion as long as you offer this currier service you can’t blame me for choosing wrong or right. Poor customer service

Great product - fast delivery

Found what I wanted on the website, quick and simple purchase. I did have a little issue that the shopping cart picked up a previous address and I didn't notice until the transaction was completed, but a quick email to them had the issue resolved before shipping.

Items ordered were delivered in a timely manner and suitable for the purpose. Some instructions would be nice. Website was clear and easy to navigate to the product I wanted. Packaging could have been better as one item was damaged in transit, but still usable.

Myself and my husband visited Stafford store were we spoke to Roy in connection with purchasing new tyres for our EV Zoe.
