Not only did they agree to meet my deadline, they exceeded my expectation by delivering 2 days before the date I requested. He replied straight away to emails and phone calls and returned my proofs minutes after I requested changes, even after normal working hours. I initially started dealing with Claro Print through their online chat function and was chatting to a gentleman called Ken. He was very helpful in assisting me with my enquiry. He then went on to deal with my personally by email. I asked them to do the artwork for my order for me and they were more than happy to make as many changes as I required until I was completely happy with the design. From then on, I always received a prompt and polite response from Ken regarding the status of my order. I was also delighted with the products once they arrived.

The atmosphere with Claro Print is great they are very welcoming and happy to help. The only thing is the speed of turnaround it has taken quite a while to get a fairly straightforward job complete even after I supplied much of the copy.
