Best quality vegan Omega 3 available from such a reputable source. I have it shipped over the Atlantic and always receive my order in an amazingly timely fashion.

It took a month to get my package. This is the second time that that's happened. My online tracking showed that my package was held up by the USPS for weeks even though they had possession of it. I emailed Vegetology to see why it wasn't being delivered and never received a response.

I love the new subscription service, setting it up was super easy and now I never have to worry about running out of supplements. The reminder email before each delivery is also helpful in case quantity adjustments are needed. As this system makes it more economical to order a larger amount less frequently, my only query would be whether they could be supplied in larger pack sizes to reduce the amount of plastic waste as recycling is not available where I live.

I ordered the Omega 3 and accidentally ordered the oil when I wanted capsules.. When I spoke with them they quickly sent out capsules and I returned the oil version the next day. Efficient service, friendly staff and great products.

Usually my orders are received well. It takes about 10days. It is the second time that my shipment was lost. So after my notification that after a month the shpment did not arrive and several days of enquiries you could not track it . I would have expected that you immediately replace it. Only after I have asked fir replacement you wrote me that you will ship replacement I did not receive from you confirmation that it was shipped with tracking number In the meantime I have received a notification from Israel post that a shipment is on the way with a new ly number which I suppose is the replacemet shipment.

I have been using Vegetology products for several years now, and am very happy with them.

This algae omega 3 is really excellent. I started taking it for a small amount of arthritis in my hands and it has made a huge difference. I’m also sleeping better and experiencing less anxiety. Love it.

So you say you are are ecological company & yet you have cut your multi-vitamin’s from ninety to sixty tablets but are still using the same size plastic container. Why not just be truthful about the huge price increase you have made, keep the amount of pills per container the same & increase the price rather than waste plastic. Shame on you.

I've used Vegetology a couple of times now and have been very happy both times with their product and service and will continue using them!

Don't appreciate your 'freebies'. They are wasteful of packaging and resources and do not fit well with the green image you like to portray. I'm left with junk I didn't order and can't use. Please either stop this or add an opt out. Emails on the subject don't receive any response.
