I’m so glad I decided to go directly to the horse’s mouth of The Real McCoy, as it were: the way cross-promotions work on the site and are exposed during check-out even to the last minute, rather than annoying, IMO actually makes it much easier to discover deals. I came to the site reluctant to fork over the full retail singleton asking price, so was very happy to walk away with a year’s supply at a drastically reduced unit price. The site is attractive, clean, simple but not overly simple, and the ingredients and dosages are all listed clearly. It shipped clean. I’m a very happy customer and notice the difference from the D3 dramatically in not only how I feel but also how I _smell_, of all things, a pleasant sweetness I only ever experienced before after a long day in the sun.

Everything is pretty good, placing 4 starts because international shipping is too slow, at least for Mexico. This may not be your fault though.

In the early days they used to be really friendly and personal. I've had a couple of exchanges with them more lately and just had rather brusque and officious answers. More importantly, they seem to have constant stock problems these days, which is frustrating at best. Then there's the constant flow of marketing mails which don't even profile me correctly - "It's Labour Day! Get $$$ off!!!" Well I don't live in the US so...says everything really. Either the 'money men' took over here, or they became the money men perhaps?

I love the eco packaging, the site has loads of helpful info, and the vegan society approval is amazing! In a time where customer service seems to be more of an afterthought, this company has restored at least some of my faith in good customer service!
