I'm vegan and was struggling to find supplements containing optimum quantities of EPA and DHA. Andrew Huberman (Stanford Neuroscientist) recommends 1000mg of EPA daily, so I bought this as an experiment to see if my energy levels and mood improved as a result, as I have been exercising more and felt I needed to pay more attention to fueling my body properly. So far, so good. 1000mg requires quite a lot of servings daily, but it will be fun to see if I notice a significant change over time.

Overpriced and genuinely tastes like vomit. I've tried quite a few vegan multivitamins now but this is the worst I've ever tasted. The pills are quite large and hard to swallow as well. There are much better alternatives available!

La Ditta NEXIVE incaricata della consegna in Trento (Italia), non ha provveduto a recapitare correttamente il pacco, infatti non lasciando l'avviso di giacenza (ma solo una telefonata per dirmi che il pacco lo avrebbe lasciato in sede), il pacco non lo si trova più da nessuna parte, neanche nelle loro 2 sedi!!!!! Nonostante questa consegna estremamente scorretta da parte di NEXIVE, devo dire che VEGETOLOGY messa al corrente dell'accaduto, ha provveduto subito ad effettuarmi il rimborso di quanto speso!!! Questo dimostra serietà da parte di VEGETOLOGY che mi auguro provveda a cambiare il tipo di consegna dei pacchi!!!
