I will continue to use their products, but I had sent a message to customer service at one point to ask a very constructive request to provide bundles that align more with actual dosages and they were very dismissive, saying that their offerings are 'what customers want'. Well, I am a (repeat) customer, and I was telling them what I want! Even "We will take your feedback on board" and ignoring it is a better response than that. As per the product dosages a 180-day bundle consisting of 6x 60 count EPA/DHA, 3x 60 count Vitashine, 2x 90 count Vegvit would be awesome. In a subscription world I'd even subscribe to that! Julie's response was as follows: "As I am sure you can appreciate , there would be so many options that we could create but we have the bundles that we think most would want. I am sorry that our bundles do not work for you." The only logic I can see behind the current bundles is they're designed so that you run out of one vitamin first, prompting an earlier purchase. Maybe a good business model, but not so great for the customer.

Service is flawless

I have used them for the past 4 years and they are really awesome. I had low levels of vitamin D and after using their Vegetology Vitamin D supplements on a daily basis I have maintain a healthy level. I really love their products! The only minus is they are in UK and post-brexit there were some issues with delivery in Europe (delays and duty tax). I hope they will have an office in an EU country soon.

Vegan, affordable, and environmentally friendly. What else can you wish for? Packaging nowadays is in biodegradable plastic and Vegetology offers a pretty comprehensive assortment of supplements needed for vegans/vegetarians (and everyone else). First time shipping to the Netherlands since Brexit and luckily no extra costs. Hopefully this remains that way. Only thing I would like to see differently is having potassium iodide instead of bladderwreck extract as source of iodine in the multi, just like they use in PregnaVie. Seaweed supplements fluctuate way too much in their iodine content for me to feel secure with that as iodine source, while a vegan diet generally doesn't have a reliable source of it either. A separate iodine supplement (not from seaweed) would also be nice.

love using the products from vegetology which are British made and backed by the Vegetarian and Vegan societies. I have repeated my orders with them. Enough said!
