Pre-ordered a model and received it around 1 month late on the original date but not a big deal. There were some issues with shipping in my home but not ModelKars' fault. Their support was stellar helping me through every step and checking on the package later on. I eventually received it and the product is great quality. Would 100% recommend ordering with them.
