I am writing this review after an extremely disappointing experience with 123Wonen and the landlord they represent. My intention is to bring light to a series of unfair practices that have greatly impacted my trust in this rental agency and particularly the landlord. To provide some context, upon leaving our rented property on Jadestraat, we found ourselves in a dispute with the landlord over the return of our deposit. The landlord claimed damages to certain areas of the house that were not our responsibility, mainly some room curtains. We, as responsible and cooperative tenants, agreed to pay for the replacement of the kitchen curtains, though they were already in poor condition when we moved in. However, we staunchly refused to accept the unjust charges for other room curtains which we did not damage. In response to this situation, 123Wonen assured us that they would discuss the matter with the landlord, aiming to reach a fair solution for both parties. However, their communication throughout this process was sporadic at best, often leaving us waiting for weeks on end for updates. Finally, after an agonizing wait of over a month, which was 3 months after moving out, we received a response stating that the landlord had decided to uphold their initial decision. What was even more disheartening was that 123Wonen, our intermediary, washed their hands of the matter, advising us to contact the landlord directly, as they could no longer assist us. The entire process was marked by a severe lack of transparency and professionalism. As tenants, we felt unheard, undervalued, and treated unfairly. Not only was the landlord's decision unjust, but the agency's lack of advocacy on our behalf was equally disappointing. We had hoped that 123Wonen, as our agent, would stand up for us, particularly as we had been open to compromise from the beginning. I feel compelled to share this experience to inform and warn future tenants about the potential pitfalls of dealing with this agency and the landlord they represent. This whole episode was characterized by an unprofessional and opaque approach that put the landlord's interests before our rights as tenants. Overall, I would advise prospective renters to exercise caution when dealing with 123Wonen, as they have shown an unwillingness to protect tenants' rights and an inability to uphold fair and transparent practices.

Geen enkele reactie op mijn mailtjes en schijnbaar geen interesse in het verhuren van wat ze aanbieden. Slechte website!!

Waardeloos! Moeten 6x een contract opnieuw sturen en nog steeds niet goed.. Uitermate slecht bereikbaar , beloven van alles maar komen niks na. Voor onderhoud van een douche laten ze je gewoon 2 weken zitten zonder maar iets te laten horen. Absoluut niet mee samenwerken.

We have contacted 123wonen in order to receive their private services. We are in a desperate situation and we thought they were going to save us. Thus, when we got a response from them, they out-right refused to help us with the expat services they offer. They gave us no clear reason why we were refused, they did not ask us to send them proof of income and ignored our requests for an appointment. Nothing on their brochure is true, moreover, they were also rude to us when responding by email. Later on, we decided to call in hopes that someone else would answer and help us, but upon mentioning the first person’s name, we were refused again. Please do not trust them with the services they “provide”, you would probably just loose your money for nothing.

Schandalig behandeld door 123 wonen Zwolle. Zonder een voorinspectie en dan een eind inspectie waarin ze zeggen dat alles goed gekeurd is maar uiteindelijk betalen ze de borg niet terug. Wij hebben maanden in een woning gewoond met extreme overlast, waar we de verwarming niet eens aan konden zetten in de winter. HUUR HIER NIET!!

Echt MEGA slecht bedrijf. We informeerden naar een woning, hij was nog beschikbaar. Vervolgens na inschrijven op dag 8 contact en er werd een bezichtiging ingepland. Ik heb diverse malen gebeld en werd zeer onvriendelijk te woord gestaan: u bent niet de enige werd er letterlijk gezegd. Na de bezichtiging (nu 2 weken verder) weer dagenlang geen bericht, als ik informeerde "zou alles wel goed zijn". Bij mijn laatste telefoontje bleek dat het huis al verhuurd was (3 weken verder). We zaten met een kind zonder verblijfplaats, erg lauwe reactie. Of ze nu toch iets voor ons konden doen: niet echt. Toen maar virtuele bezichtiging gevraagd van iets anders daar tot op heden (8 dagen verder) niets over gehoord. Echt slechte communicatie, onpersoonlijk en zeer onprofessioneel. Nooit meer dit bedrijf voor ons.

Helaas geen goede ervaring met 123 wonen. De communicatie verloopt zeer slecht. Er zou al talloze keren teruggebeld geworden, maar dit wordt niet gedaan. Omdat wij zelf elke dag contact opnamen kwam er op den duur antwoord. Anders hadden wij überhaupt nooit een woning via 123 wonen gehad. Nadat de sleuteloverdracht plaats heeft gevonden letterlijk van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Geen oplossingen voor vragen en verkeerde informatie op hun advertentie over de woning. Na deze woning geen 123 wonen meer voor ons!

1,5 maand meerdere keren gemaild betreft een woning. Nooit een reactie gehad. Na twee maanden een reactie dat de bezichtigingsronde vol zat. Ja dat snap ik, als je na twee maanden pas een reactie krijgt. Erg asociaal. Dit aangegeven en nooit meer een reactie gehad. Wat een stel aso's. Zeg dan op zijn minst sorry of iets dergelijks. Nou hoef ik hier sowieso niet te huren, als een mailtje al te veel is. Amateurs.

Tijdens de in-check bij een gemeubileerde huurwoning werd er door 123wonen makelaar genaamd M Houtzager steeds maar 3-4 algemene sfeer foto’s van elk ruimte genomen waarbij tijdens uit-check na twee jaar werd er heel gedetailleerd gefotografeerd met gemiddeld 8-10 foto’s per ruimte. Waarom doen ze dat vraag je je af? Om je borg niet terug te betalen!!!!

Zeer slechte ervaringen. Ik heb 6x via een verhuurmaatschappij een appartement bewoond, maar 123Wonen spant de kroon qua omgang met de huurder.

123wonen Rotterdam. Moeder en dochter verheffen hun amateurisme hier tot kunst. Vermijdt als verhuurder deze bemiddelaar: juridisch niet onderlegd, braken nonsens uit en beheersen de Nederlandse taal niet (zelfs het plaatsen van een voorgekauwde advertentie lukt niet). Kortom: snel voorbij lopen en zoek een professionele bemiddelaar die het wel kan.

1 2 3 Wonen Netherlands . 1 2 3 Wonen Amsterdam . Avoid This Estate Agent! In May 2020 I asked 1 2 3 Wonen Amsterdam to provide me with the service of renting out and managing an apartment in Amsterdam. At the end of August 2020 the decision had to be taken to take back the responsibility for managing and renting out the accommodation. During the period May - August 2020 on at least two occasions the property was taken off the websites and off the market, without any reason. During 3 full months 1 2 3 Wonen Amsterdam was able to schedule 3 viewings in total. When the decision was taken to lower the monthly rent, within a week an agreement regarding renting it out was reached; and then, again, no progress could be made and renting it out would not go ahead. I then received a contract, with all the details of the new tenants and all my personal details, details of my address and details of my bank account included, whilst I was never consulted and never consented to my details being disclosed to these tenants and never consented to engaging in a contract with them. The request submitted was to sign the contract within 24 hours. When I asked the tenants be vetted, it appeared that the documents submitted were dated later that my request and that the new tenants would never be able to afford the rent. 1 2 3 Wonen did not vet potential tenants appropriately and did not ask me to consent to engaging in a contract and to my personal details being shared with third parties. The keys were handed over, with the intention of facilitating viewings of the accommodation. It has been impossible to get the keys back; 1 2 3 Wonen Amsterdam is refusing to hand them back. I now will have to proceed to replace the locks. When the accommodation was visited for a viewing, or for any other reason, the bathroom was used and left, without checking whether or not it was left clean, left without any traces… The apartment has been rented out again; I was able to rent it out within three weeks after having put it on the market: about 2000 web site visits within a period of 3 weeks, that is almost 100 visits daily, on one standard website with almost no fees paid, almost 50 persons who were interested in viewing and renting, 9 invited to view the property on one day, 6 person who wanted to rent the apartment and sign the contract on the spot, tenants who met the criteria found within three weeks after putting the apartment on the market. A different way of doing business, with different outcomes… If it was possible to rate below zero, I would rate 1 2 3 Wonen Amsterdam . Netherlands with a - 3. The recommendation is to avoid this estate agent, like you would try to avoid the plague; when engaging with it, you may lose your time, you may lose money, you will not get back the keys that you handed over in trust and you may have to clean the bathroom again before renting out the property.
