Products are even better than described. Delivery came quickly.

I bought the eye cream that has all the rave reviews on Facebook, however after using it religiously for over 2 months I haven’t seen any improvement whatsoever. The product doesn’t absorb into the skin with just patting, it leaves a residue and eventually you just have to rub it in, not something you want to do when getting ready for work. This takes time! At night I get so fed up of patting, I just let it sit on the skin to sink in at its own pace. I wouldn’t buy this ever again. I guess not everything works the same way for everyone.

Quick service , wonderful products . Was very sceptical but my 54 year old skin has thanked me . Love the the products. Been using for around 1 month and my skin feeling nourished again x

I’ve tried a variety of their skin care products and have also tried the shampoo and conditioner and have found them all to be excellent quality and work really well. I especially love the shampoo.

Products are fantastic but have just received such bad customer service. I have had a recurring order shipped without notice or I would have amended it. I rang the customer service line, explaining they would be lovely, she was so rude and couldn't get me off the phone quick enough (and I wasn't even complaining, just explaining what had happened and asked if they send out a reminder before shipping). I still don't know how long a refund will take or if its cancelled ongoing etc as she couldn't get rid of me fast enough and just spoke over me. Shame as been using the Products over a year and keep adding to what I buy but that's put me off completely.

Love the eye cream and eye roller, I’ve seen results quickly on my puffy tired eyes and feel so nice to use. Loved the trial of the face oil I received too, that’s going to be my next treat! Love the ethos of the company too. Have been recommending to others too.

Ordered lots of products after being able to test them (I previously ordered the tester pack). Love them all. Very much helping with my long covid skin :)

Up circle shampoo cream is so gentle and cleans well

I’ve been using UpCircle products for over a year and a half. I’ve just done a refill order & thought I’d add the body oil. Omg I love it…. It smells divine & does exactly what it says being easily absorbed. The products might be a little pricier than some but a little goes a long way & the refill scheme has a very quick turnaround.

The products that I’ve tried so far are great and even better that they’re so natural and smell devine. Delivery was really quick too. I’ve used the products before and will continue to do so

I was looking for an ethical beauty and skin care product and I have certainly found it with Upcircle. The skin care range smell amazing and I have noticed the difference really quite quickly.

Disappointed with the products. Day Cream is too heavy and seems to contain a lot of zinc. This leaves a white film on the skin, although used sparingly. Also the night cream and eye cream smell unpleasant when applied. Not what I expected. I've asked for a refund, so hopefully I'll get my money back.

Such an amazing small company, the products are amazing, my skin has honestly never been better!! Up Circle are my current favourite skin care brand. I love their products, their ethos and I have used their brilliant refill service a couple of times now. This moisturiser was a repeat order for me, having finished my last jar. Love the effect i get from it, plus the knowledge i am not using plastics and getting value for money. . . 5 stars all round

Amazing Products. I firstly bought the eye cream and serum which are lovely. For Christmas my daughters bought me the day and night cream and I have just treated myself to the face oil and eye roller. Any more products and I’m going to look like a film star!!! 😆

They have such quality products and always ensure prompt delivery. The perfume I’ve just ordered is perfect and I always find their skin care range excellent for my sensitive skin.

My first purchase was the pamper pack(s) and I wanted to give one to my 13 year old granddaughter. Given recent press about young people using products with ingredients inappropriate for young skin I contacted customer service to check that the samples I ordered would be safe for her to use. I was impressed to receive a quick reply an assurance and a list of all the products that would be safe to use - not just a blanket “ everything will be fine” answer. I look forward to trying more products.

Excellent customer service, the products are amazing and in just over a week of using them there is a massive difference in my skin and my hair. I have very sensitive skin and normally struggle with products but not this time … a little goes along way and they walk their talk ! After years of struggling with varying brands I feel UpCircle finally is my place. Good delivery speed and notifications as well.
