Rep seemed to talk fast, pronounce different figures and terms of the loan so they were not discernible. This happened at least three times during the conversation and rep was asked to repeat. Often times when repeated, the rep attempted to move onto the next line in the script. The entire loan seemed like a "scam" with the emphasis for the customer to "lock in" and commit to the high priced loan.
