Having used the Tony Valentine website before and needing a new pair of spikeless shoes I went on line again to make my purchase as I was happy with my previous experience. The order and purchase went smoothly but unfortunately due to a delivery problem did not arrive until the next day.I contacted seller explaining situation and that I had waited in all afternoon and evening to no avail. They were on the case immediately, sorted out situation for delivery next day and offered to refund delivery charge.
