Wanted to buy a new driver and visited Tony Valentine at Corsham. Really appreciated the way I was treated by Chris. Very patient and courteous. Gave me excellent practical advice about what was right for me. An enjoyable experience which is why I will go back to Tony Valentine when I need more golf equipment.

10 out 10 if it went to that. Not only did I get a great service when buying from Tony valentine golf centre through eBay but 6 months later I’ve experienced their aftercare too re warranty and it was superb. I don’t usually write reviews and I’m an employee or anything like that. I bought a brand new set of M2 irons at the lowest price I could find online. I was a little sceptical as it was through eBay but the sale and delivery was fast and I was very happy. 6 months later and the faces on the M2’s started to cave which is documented issue for them and TaylorMade’s fault. As Taylormade give 2 warranty I knew I was covered. I was however expecting a long too and throw battle or drama on how to return them as Tony valentine centre is 3hrs from me. I couldn’t have been more surprised and grateful to Damian at Tony valentine who on the same day I emailed them, immediately got back to me, taking responsibility and dealing with the issue. A few photos and emails later he negotiated a new set of M6 irons which is an upgrade and sent me the prepaid return labels and sent the new clubs to me, all done within a week. Got to thank Taylormade too but I believe that with Damian On side it was a quick and impressive service and resolution. I couldn’t recommend the company more. Genuinely.

I've actually known Tony Valentine since he taught me how to play in 1993 at Erlestoke Golf Club. A very trust worthy guy. I've lost count of how many things I have bought at TV's - but everything has always been perfect, exactly what it was supposed to be, and condition as described.

Great communication. Ordered online around the Christmas period. Didn't have in stock, but got in touch indicating they were happy to order for me, making it clear that there would be delays due to the timing. Great Service.
