The payment went through no problem and the bike was delivered really quickly. However the wrong bike was delivered but I contacted the phone number on the confirmation email and the problem was rectified straight away they sent me a new bike out n took the other away. The customer service was impeccable the call was answered straight away by a lovely gentleman he was very apologetic and fixed my issue straight away and when the call had ended I was happy. Great service would highly recommend. The bike was perfect exactly what I wanted.
