Er blevet snydt for 2 billetter til Roger Waters. Du kan ikke komme i kontakt med firmaet og de svarer ikke på dine mails. Det er svindel og bedrageri. De er dog dygtige, da det umiddelbart ser professionelt ud. Undgå at handle her og begå ikke samme fejl som jeg. De er dog ikke helt færdige med mig.

Købte 4 The Weeknd billetter tilbage før corona. koncerten bliver udskudt flere gange. Til sidst ender det med at koncerten bliver aflyst, og det er nu ikke muligt at få penge retur. Det er også helt umuligt at få kontakt med Onlineticketshop. Jeg fraråder derfor ALLE at handle med Onlineticketshop, da de snyder dig.

Dont buy ticket at onelineticketshop. You wont get your money back, if your concert is cancelled. After our concert was cancelled, Onelineshop send us a voucher to another event. After another 2year we should be able to get yuor money back, they wrote us. The 2 year are now gone and so are our money. The company dont answer the Phone ore emai ore pay back the 400 euro theybown us.

I bought The Weenkd tickets to Berlin concert in 2020, after many times concert organizers postponed concert, at the end concert was cancelled, and cancellation is obviously due to covid-19. Instead of having full refund, Onlineticketshop send me voucher. Contacted them thru email, they repeated same useless information basically that they can't refund anything. I don't recommend buying any tickets from this website if you want to lose money (I lost 115euro)

Jeg syntes det var en fantastisk oplevelse det kræver en god fysik at optræde med den fart vi har set nogle af jeres sjov på nettet og kommer måske til at forvente ,mere min datter optræder med opera så vi fik desværre brugt hendes billet .Venligst Birthe Albertsen

Burde få 0 stjerne Aflyst Nik & Jay koncert i maj 2022, efter at den var udskudt to gange pga. covid-19. Deres aflysning den 13/5-22 var ikke pga. corona, men personlige årsager, som de skriver i deres opslag !! ..men det påstår onlineticketshop. !! Dårlig service :-(

Det værste L...!!!!!! koncerten blev udskudt af flere omgange, og til sidst aflyst. Det var umuligt at få pengene tilbage for billetterne, pga. COVID 19. Jeg slås stadig med at finde en koncert, på deres l.... side, så jeg kan bruge de penge jeg har tilgode. De skrive de kan finde nået, men høre ikke en skid. FØJ EN BUNKE L.... JEG VIL ALDRIG BRUGE DENNE SIDE MERE.

Really found online ticket shop very efficient. The concert was fab our seats were front row seats. Highly recommend.

I bought my tickets for Andrea Bocelli in 2019 for the 2020 concert. Due to lockdown and covid the concert was cancelled twice. Onlineticketshop kept me informed of all the changes. Overall I've had a very positive experience with this company.

We bought 6 tickets to the RATM tour totalling over €800. The tour was postponed due to the pandemic and then cancelled due to the singer's health, so 3 years after payment the tour is cancelled. Online ticket shop only offered a voucher for a cancelled tour? I don't care about any other shows you have, especially for 6 people? This goes against your own T&C's. A refund is required, not a voucher.. Absolutely no reply from their customer service even though they took over €800 of our money. Shameful business.

A fuir ! Je suis très très déçue par ce site qui ne devrait même pas exister. J’avais commandé deux billets pour mon anniversaire en 2020 pour The weeknd. Malheureusement le concert a été reporté du au covid puis ANNULÉ par le chanteur lui même (ce n’est pas une situation ou un cas majeur comme le précise le site). Évidemment je souhaite un remboursement parce que 218€ ce n’est pas rien ! La seule réponse que j’ai pu avoir c’est un bon d’achat. Or c’est évident que c’est une arnaque, il n’y a qu’à voir le site en lui même : toujours des billets pour le concert de the weeknd qui est annulé, aucun choix de concerts ou événements en France, soit disant bon d’achat de 2 ans mais au final qui va rester inutilisé. Conclusion : ils volent votre argent. Plus jamais je ne ferais confiance à un tel site !!

I completely agree with some comments below. I was waiting 3 years for the RATM concert in Prague nad due to pandemia I understand that now the band canceled the European tour, and when I contact this scam of company ONLINTETICKETSHOP, they after few days just briefly answered my refund is not an option we will send the voucher. I do not care for their voucher I do not want to go to some other concert organized by them, and I read the comments and read a law so it is not a natural disaster, not pandemic, just band canceled and I will ask my lawyer what to do because they can not finish like that because there should be some justice in this world at least for this small things. When I need to pay they took my money instantly and now they even can not answer my email. I am 101% that I and all other customers should have the right to get our money back. And I will continue to fight against them. THE WORST COMPANY FOR SELLING TICKETS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!

Fatal. He perdido dinero con ustedes . Compré las entradas a 123 euros y las he vendido por 100 porque no podía ir , ya que en un principio se suspendió el concierto hace 2 años por tena covid. Deberíamos tener la opción de en caso de que se suspenda abonen el importe pagado.

El concierto fue de los mejores, al grupo sin lugar a duda no decepciona en lo mas mínimo, pero la organización fue un completo desastre, no puede ser que estando desde las 16:00pm haciendo cola, llegues a ver los últimos 30min de Within Temptation. La verdad es una vergüenza que después de 2 años de espera, merecíamos algo un poco mejor.

Tom Jones var kjempeflink og profesjonell, og gjennomførte en flott konsert. Dessverre var det noen godt voksne som ikke kunne begrense sitt alkoholinntak som trekker litt ned, men det kan ikke lastes Tom Jones. Han var fantastisk.
