The company is sensitive to client's requests. They make adjustments quickly without fuss. I just like this approach because it re-enforces the notion that GoTrunk really wants to be amongst the best service providers.

Support was very quick to respond to questions with the info needed. Easy to set up. The user GUI has extensive debugging info available that allow you to easily see and follow the SIP transactions. Excellent international rates. Real time CDR display I found very useful.

GoTrunk's service is EXCELLENT! It doesn't matter what time of the day or night I send a support ticket, I always receive a quick response from a real person. In addition, support staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Prices are extremely competitive and from a technical perspective their voice services have so far been flawless (although it's early days for me yet). However, their service is so great that I'm sure if there was an issue it would be resolved promptly. I am definitely looking forward to a long and happy future with these guys!
