Amazing customer service. I placed an order that I didn't realise included an out of stock item. Goblin Gaming do not ship part orders, so my order was placed on hold until all parts were back in stock (This makes complete sense, and it was my fault for not realising that an item was OOS) I rang them to remove the OOS item, and a refund for that item was processed imediately AND they sent the remainder of my order out on next day delivery. I rang them at 3PM and had my order by 11AM the next day. Very impressive! Thank you Goblin Gaming

Placed an order for next day dispatch, got an email to say there will be a delay, but when we phoned up, we spoke to Paul, who was incredibly helpful and dealt with everything quickly and efficiently so that we could get our products quickly without a delay. Incredibly polite and helpful customer service. Would definitely recommend again.

i didn't get what i ordered: after paying extra twice for next day shipping on ahriman and some rubric marines i didn't get them in the next day but i wasn't mad because i ordered late at night so i waited again and nothing and i'm still waiting for them weeks later. in conclusion i just gave OVER 50 BUCKS for nothing in return! i want my money back or the warhammer sets i ordered. (never shopping here again)
