Returns process is a nightmare and customer helpline don’t answer calls. Still haven’t got my money back.

I needed a linen suit. I went into your Holborn branch. Although (not unreasonably for January) there were none in stock, the assistant allowed me to try on equivalent suits for sizing. Unfortunately, he was not allowed to have a suit shipped over to his branch, but it did allow me to get the correct size online. He was exceptionally helpful.

Great product arrived on time

Beautiful red single breasted jacket. Arrived well packed with a very stylish jacket carrier. Unfortunately too big so returned and smaller size ordered. Fabric is great quality and the jacket is well cut. The colour is spot on..perfect red!

Service is secure and

I was charged for delivery when it was a discount offered to get e to purchase which took my order below what is a very high price level for free delivery anyway of £170. The response I got from the customer support team was perfunctory and self satisfied. Very poor.

The fitted shirts were quite tight on the chest. Because these were purchased online tried to return them on the Milton Keynes store but was not able to (they were unused and had all the tags). The small print states that you must also return the packaging (backboard's, plastic clips, etc that everyone discards). Be aware to keep these as they don't make return or exchanges any easy.

I ordered online, packaged well. Staff not welcomed seems because this was ordered online not purchased in store. Shirts sre good price and quality.
