FovLabs has never failed to please me. Their Skittzo line is my favorite line of vape juice on the market. Their customer service is exceptional, and I keep coming back. One time I had ordered two 120ml bottles of the lime Skittzo and a 60ml of the grape, but they had accidentally sent all 60ml. So when I emailed to let them know that there was an issue, they promptly replied, took my word at face value, and resent my entire order free of charge when I was only expecting to get two more 60ml bottles of the lime to equal what I had ordered. FovLabs is an amazing company and I recommend them to all of my vape enthusiast friends.

I thoroughly enjoy the product, I was disappointed about the shipping and tracking, I ordered once before this time and had a hassle getting my package emailed and was told it is only for the first order that I need I d. That was not the case, instead of the item coming to my door like it was supposed to and like it said on all my order info, it went to the post office. It took me days to get it. Not horrible but a inconvenience nonetheless.
