Loved this store. everything were affordable and really nice for the price. The models were of all races and sizes. Which made me feel comfortable in buying the product. I felt like I can relate to them a little more and knew the item would fit me. But now. This site switched over to something else entirely. Models are one size. one race, clothes are bland. Clothes are pricey. The most boring site I had ever came across. I might as well shop at a grave site. It's more lively there than this site.

Been a shopper at GS Love for years. Went to check out new things for fall because I have gs credit of $127 from a return I made and now it's under completely new owners and redirects you to a different company. Tried emailing customer service and contacting them through social media - have not heard back from either. Completely disappointed and upset that they didnt give me a cash refund, but store credit and now I can't use it. Now I'm completely out $127 - Not to be trusted.

I was an avid GS love shopper. I've never had a problem getting my items on time. They always had a good selection. But recently in the past 6 mons to a year I haven't been able to find ANYTHING quality on the website. Not sure who the new buyer is but everything looks trashy or cheap or it looks like some sh!t I'd never wear.

I am the purchaser for the items being shipped to Ms. Barbara Hawkins. The shipping experience is what made my rating 4 stars. The package was delivered days later than stated. Also, a suggestion, at checkout, allow purchasers to indicate if this is a gift so prices won't me shown to the delivery recipient. Otherwise, she loved most of the dresses and gave me the ones she didn't like. Win win in the end. Thank you! AMS

I placed an order on 02/13 and selected priority delivery which was 3to 4 business days. As 02/21 my items had not yet arrived I contacted GS Love and was refunded the amount that I paid for priority delivery. On 02/27 my items still had not arrived I reached out to customer service and was informed that a claim would be submitted and that I would need to wait until 03/09 for a response. I sent an email expressing my frustration on 03/06 and was still provided the 03/09 timeframe. You would think that in the interest of customer satisfaction after a customer has reached out to a company THREE times that someone would call me after 3/9 and go over a plan of action but of course that did not happen I called on 03/12 and was told that my claim was approved on 03/11. Okay then why would noone reach out to me why am I doing all of the work. I know me NEVER EVER shopping there will not make them suffer, I know it was not GS Love fault that the package was lost that was not something that they can control however the lack of concern on making the customer whole is horrible. The customer service is TRASH !!!

I'm very upset about my last order with your company Order Number : MD15505968027446 I had ordered a gift for someone in this order and NEVER GOT THE ORDER, When I called she tells me they have no shipment slip but yet she see it was mailed plus i got a email, i have order so many things from GS Love for a few years now i'm sad to say this has ended my shopping with you guys , i really wanted the order.
