Ordered me and my daughter dress Friday for my youngest daughter’s funeral on Tuesday. I paid for 2-Day shipping but didn’t receive my dress until days after the funeral.

I ordered 2 dresses and sent one back 2 weeks ago now. The returned dress was received (USPS tracking), but I haven't gotten an email or refund for the dress. I've never had an issue like this before with GS Love.

The clothes are amazing! Shipping is fast. Prices are great. My bf surprised me with some clothes from here...I called customer service because one item of clothing was cancelled, the lady I spoke with was super nice and informed that the one item was cancelled because it didn’t pass inspection. To know that they take so much pride in their business and their customer satisfaction is why I will always shop with this company. If I could give them 10 stars I would.💯😊

This was my first time ordering from your website and I had no issues with shipping coming on time. The only thing I had a issue with is with the returned policy and having that RM number to return within 5 days. I wasn’t able to return with the 5 day period from the time I got my RM # and now I’m not able to return the shirt I ordered. Other than that, I will order again in the future and hope I don’t have any returns. Thanks!

I love ordering from GS Love because my order comes to me safely in a parcel lock box vs outside my door where my merchandise can be stolen . Also love the quality of clothing for us plus size girls.
