I thought I would get in early with my Christmas shopping expecting lengthy delays due to Covid Lockdown's and living in a regional area. Customer service has been awesome. But product quality is deplorable. 2 brand new hoverboards. One stoped working within 2 days. We sent it back. They sent a new one. Wouldn’t work straight out of the box after a charge.

Fantastic gift for my 11 yr old only thing I would probably include is a set of training covers with the board(obviously this would increase price) but after 2 days hers was al scratched up. Her fault but definitely would have used covers if they came with it. Other than that is so much fun
