I have been a customer for years, and still when I come in to renew a loan or borrow on the same loan your running my credit and I'm always having to bring this and bring that, when nothing's changed.

Multiple calls back to back not respected what’s being said. You cannot continue to call a person job when you’ve been asked not too calling their references when that’s not what they are for. There’s just no respect and when you’re explaining to them why you haven’t been able to pay them they get very disrespectful

This company has been a blessing to me. I have been late a few times. I always call and they are very understanding. They understand ppl fall on hard times, They will work with you. They have never been rude. Like I said they have blessed me with help.
