Getsby has a very good customer service who will answer all your questions. But if you are a digital nomad and are living partly outside the EU and not have a european phonenumber you will have to contact customer service befor you buy a virtual card. Otherwise you cannot use your virtual card.

Bar slecht! Alles duurt lang. Dagen bezig nog steeds geen kaart! Eerder hier ook een kaart besteld ging goed. Nu zoveel dingen die fout gaan, dat ik bang ben dat ik m'n geld niet weer zie. Pure oplichting

After 3 emails they still could not understand my problem with topping op my green card! After a telefone call things were made clear, and i was succesfull ,thank you! But I would advise you to explain the 2 top op options a little bit more , because I assume there will be more people like me who will get confused by it.

While Getsby might be a good website to get a temporary or permanent prepaid virtual credit card, once you forget your password or card ID, you're pretty much screwed.. In my experience, I've forgotten my password and tried to reset it multiple times. My password still did not get reset (properly) and thus it killed my trust in Getsby The website IS safe, just their way of dealing with your data is lackluster

I dont have some official papers to prove my address rn, what do i need to do? Wait until i got some bill or what? I actually need the card now

Het was eenvoudig om de kaart aan te maken. Het ontbrak echter aan uitleg dat ik de kaart nog niet kon gebruiken.

Ik heb laatst een Virtuel Card gekocht bij getsby.com. Het enige probleem was dat ik minderjarig ben, maar ik wist niet dat je 18+ moet zijn om een Virtuel Card te kunnen aanschaffen. Na dat ik de verificatie had gedaan kreeg ik een e-mail met de info dat ze niet verkopen aan minderjarigen. In de e-mail stond ook dat als ik een refund wil krijgen dat ik contact moet opnemen met de klantenservice. Dat heb ik gedaan, maar ik heb nog steeds geen rooie cent terug gezien.

Why do you need a proof of adress? I would give you my id with love no doubt bout that, but why a proof of adress?
