I ordered a jacket in size M and was delivered in size 48, which corresponds to size S, which is too small. If the product description had stated the correct size, this would not have happened and caused me additional costs (postage + return shipping)

Ordered Monday evening, received Wednesday morning. Had to return an item and was refunded immediately, before I had even posted the item back! Great service.

Do not buy from this scamming company was sent an incorrect item and the sent a bogus return label so they didn’t receive item and refused refund based on not receiving the item back! This happening after i have screenshots of me speaking to one of their agents via Wats app confirming my return was being processed!! they are now trying to to me I must file a lost in transit form with royal mail which is not my responsibility that is something they should be doing firstly..Don’t give this rotten company your money…

I received my coat in very quick time from ordering. But wrong size for me as prefer looser fitting. I immediately returned it I received an email to request my post office reference number. Within 24hrs they had reimbursed my money in full as they didn’t have my coat size. I was surprised at how quick I was reimbursed. Sizing explained to me and ok with it. Happy to order again.
