Their customer service is horrible. I made a mistake on my ticket and instead of telling me how to fix it I was berated about making a mistake in the first place. I was given wrong information and the person was just very rude. I ended up having to call Expedia to figure it out to be told that instead of putting my email for my account and they put their own email so I almost didn’t even get to verify my account to fix the mistake. It was awful, I do not suggest them at all.
