Excellent customer support, very helpful!

I had custom eyebrow pencil boxes created and the look great and the price was competitive! But unfortunately the printer did not print my order correctly. I was suppose to receive 200 boxes, 100 of each design and I received 200 of the 1 design and the refuse to print the 2nd design I paid for. They do not print on sight in Australia the printer they use is over seas hence why they won’t just “print” the corrected order. Very disappointing and I won’t be using them for future productions. Especially knowing on my behalf I did everything right and double checked the invoice.
