Cheaters and fraudster Product pic shared and product delivered is totally different It's a scam, Please be aware No one answers customer care call

I ordered 1 party wear which is very different from picture shown. Apart from color nothing matches. Embroidery is different+ arm pattern I I ordered party suit. Apart from color nothing matches. Embroidery is different. Arm pattern is also different as per picture shown.No margin inside to alter. Moreover they do not reply. It's totally fraud. After product delivery they are not bothered to look back. Threads are also coming out from stuff. They should improve their call centre and rules for return policy/ replacement if they want to survive

Fraud Just do not order from here. They don't ship they don't respond to emails or calls no customer service and no refund. All money gone

Same like all the others.. the quality is very bad and I requested a return and refund within 24 hours but the website kept giving error message. I called on the customer care number but no one answered. Emailed them and I received and email from Navjeet K who stated, "as per store policy we only accept exchange requests for damaged goods, Wrong products, size or color related issues only. In case of damaged goods, Parcel seal opening video is compulsary in support to the claim. Apart from above stated criteria we have no return & refund policy." Their website has all different policy for return and refund. I even shared the video and pictures of the item without opening the packet and it is enormously big size, colour is a mismatch of the suit. Now he won't respond to message. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

This is with reference to Order ID 94555, I had worst online experience with Ethenika, as they give false product specifications. For the product they say free size, there are no margins to get them altered according to your size. Product is also of the inferior quality; to top it up they have worst customer care with no support to return the product even after multiple follow ups. The return policy published on their website is just to fool the customers. Would suggest doing online shopping from Myntra rather than these fraud websites.

Worst experience. What you order is not what you get. Please don't order from this site. Also delivery is very late. So wasn't there to collect the item on time , and that become the excuse for not allowing to return or replace

Scammers, have ordered product on Dec 7, deposited of paying fully, haven't received my product yet, they r not responding to phone call despite calling multiple times, and no response in mail also. Total fraudulent Such a scam like this, getting money and not swnding the order nd not responding....have to file in consumers court. Hope these kind of scammers realise it.

Pathetic quality of suit ..no customer support..not receiving calls n replying to mails ..have given damaged and faulty suit

My prepaid order placed on 22nd November 2024 for 2 Bandhini suit materials has not been delivered yet and they don't respond to multiple emails requesting refund if they are unable to process the order..They don't answer phone calls on the mentioned numbers on the website also..Never had such an experience with online shopping..

I have made a purchase of velvet suit for my wife recently Recieved package in 3 day. Quality is ok as per price. But need to get the suit Alteration done as it cam free size. Anyway overall decent experince

No response to return requests. Delivered half the items and marked all items as delivered. Running behind them for 2 months. Read the reviews and save yourself. Pathetic.

This company is a fraud operation. My order has not been delivered after 2 months, no response to email or phone call. Why does this still show up as top result in google?

Already i have written a review one month ago.I requested a return…upto this date no one came to pickup the product,no refund nothing.no reply also.the amount of email i Sent are a lot.i think its time to approach consumer court.it’s normal to have complaints and replacement but there is a minimum courtesy to handle that same or refund our money.the audacity of this website.harleen,navjeeet….are all this even real.I highly doubt it.

The Customer service is total at its worst. They dont respond to your emails. The website mentions return, but they dont accept it even if it is ripped. I ordered 2 dresses, one came after 25 days and another is still missing and the customer service doesn't respond. My sister ordered a maroon dress which was completely different from what she got, the lady fools you telling that it is light problem.

I made a big mistake of not checking the reviews before ordering. I had ordered a suit on 26/10/2024 and paid Rs. 90 for express delivery so that it reached before 1st November but to my dismay, until 5 Nov, it was showing under Order Processing. When I emailed, 'Harleen the customer service manager responded stating that if I don't receive my product by 11th Nov, a full refund will be issued without any questions asked. I waited until 14th Nov. The suit wasn't delivered. I sent a mail again and this time got a response from Shalini Thakur that it will reach me soon. It finally reached on 17th. The quality of the suit is Average and the duppata doesn't even match the suit, I demand a return but unfortunately there is no to return this product. I have written back and wonder if I will get my Rs 2505 /- back or not.

I am yet to get a response for the order i did in october. No one answering calls or replying to my messages

It's a fake site. Ordered something and got something else. There was no option for return also.

I ordered a set on Oct 15 …not yet delivered….no response from them …no number to call…..cheating website
