Top craftsmanship. And equally importantly, they just get on with it. Had maybe five or six Repairs with them, highly recommended. Latest was an insurance job, a few fiddly little additions cropped up (Like my deadlocks and lining up the Fitter) - many companies, this sort of thing would get over complicated and cause delays, but they cracked on and took care of it all

Dentmagic at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol replaced my bumper on my id4 this week. I have to say I was extremely impressed. Every member of staff I dealt with, either face-to-face, phone or via email, were helpful and friendly. They gave me a rough timeline and quote for the work and came within both so very pleased. Received a phone to inform me of a cancellation, so was pleased with an earlier than expected appointment. The work was carried out slightly quicker than anticipated and couldn't see any evidence of dent ever being present. Really pleased with the whole involvment and repair and would thouruoghly recommend using Dentmagic.

A really great service and very professional. I used Dentmagic to replace a damaged electric door mirror and which included painting of the new part. The price was very reasonable and the car and attitude of the staff was so very friendly. I used the Cribbs Causeway location and it’s such a pleasure to have no parking issues at a motor outlet of any kind! There was the need for an additional indicator light on the day but that amounted to one trlephone call for authorisation and it was slso obtained and fitted without delaying the work. Excellent. So pleased and a perfect job.
