Brilliant service at a competitive rate. I contacted dent magic as my car had deep key marks along the drivers side. The process was quick and easy from start to finish. Communication at the beginning with Richard (director) was very prompt, even on a Sunday! He was very helpful, providing advice and estimates. It was just over a week from initial contact and my car being repaired. They only had to keep the car for two days & provided me with a curtesy car, free of charge! I had the option to go to either branch & chose the one with the quickest availability (Whitby). Whilst my car was in getting repaired, the receptionist’s kept me updated on the progress and the payment process was easy, only providing a £50 deposit initially. When I arrived they asked me to check the car to make sure I was happy! I was extremely happy, with no visibility of the deep scratches up the side. Dent magic is a brilliant service with a lovely team! Would highly recommend!

I’m am so impressed with the work Dentmagic carried out today. Dent/ripple on drivers door, at first they felt PDR might not be successful and a full repair would be required. Well, 2 hours later and the dent is gone, absolutely amazing work!

Absolutely over the moon with dentmagic. I had one big dent and 2 little dinks. (None my fault FYI) unfortunately one of them was too close the edge and they were not able to reach it, so they lowered the bill without me even asking. The big horrible dent, they were unsure whether they could fix. Well they did and it's remarkable. I couldn't believe my eyes. The guys are so friendly and approachable. I left very happy yesterday! And it was all done in around an hour. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Straightforward and efficient booking in and good, clean place to wait for paintless dent removal to be done. I was told result may not be 'perfect' as dent on a crease. Dent gone completely but was suprised as left with strange bubbling in paint about just less than 10 pence piece which is just about acceptable but disappointing nonetheless. Couldn't really check at time of repair as pouring with rain.

Really happy,two nasty dings on each rear quarter panels, young lad has done a brilliant job, vehicle looks showroom condition again, I am well pleased and at such a reasonable price.

Dentmagic did a brilliant job completely removing a small dent on the wheel arch of my car. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was seen immediately. I pointed out the dent to the technician who asked me to return in 1 hour. On collecting the car I couldn't tell the dent had every been there. Would recommend Dentmagic.

We contacted Dentmagic Whitby road after being recommend by the Ford garage on Winterstoke Road Bristol. We were hit in the rear on the M25 on our way on holiday. We were very stressed about it all but Dentmagic sorted it all out for us. We spoke to Lauren several times & nothing was too much trouble for her, always very helpful. We then had Josh helping us too. He advised us with everything we needed to do regarding the person who hit us & once we had the information he did the rest for us so we could eventually relax. The car went into Dentmagic Monday 10th June & we got it back Wednesday 12th as good as new, plus they had valeted it for us & the inside smelt lovely. We also had a courtesy car while car was fixed. Our car sustained damage whilst parked in a car park. Took it to Dent Magic who assessed it and thought it might be able to be fixed, but because it was on a crease in the bodywork, it was much more difficult. Accepted it on basis of best endeavours.
