I was worried I was making the right choice since I take my car to BMW for any and all works but from my first contact with Dentmagic Whitby Rd, I was given the impression that they were a very professional firm. Maddie was very pleasant and professional and so is everyone else. The quote I received for a fair bit of work on my 435d was promptly emailed and it was very clear and reasonable. The booking process was easy and I was given a date a couple of weeks away but due to a cancellation they rang and asked if I wanted to bring it in earlier, which I did. I am a worrier so I still had the jitters as to whether I'd made the right decision when I dropped my car off. There was no need however because the job that Ben and Darren have done on my car is not just good, it's exceptional. They are real artisans and evidently take great pride and care in their work. Sapphire Black like any Black is not forgiving, it shows up any defects whatsoever. I have looked at my car over and over and you wouldn't believe there'd been any damage, it's flawless! Thank you so much guys you're absolutely amazing! Would I recommend Dentmagic? Without a shadow of a doubt! Obviously a company that employs people that share the same ethos. I can't be thankful enough

I had a dent on the roof of my car caused when a deck chair fell out the roof of the garage. I did an on line quote and was given a price of £95. On arrival there was a little confusion over what repair would work. This was quickly sorted once the technician examined the task. However, the repair required removal of the interior head lining and this would take slightly longer and the quote increased to 125 plus vat. I agreed the new price as the photo I’d sent did not clearly show the extent of the dent and it was clear that more work than was quoted was required. The repair was completed in a little over an hour while I waited in reception. The finished result is good, though as I was warned in advance it would be, not quite perfect. The technician was helpful and professional as was the service. I would use this service again and happily recommend them.

Received a truly fantastic service from the staff to the thorougher examination and final results. Staff are very kind, using all Covid restrictions and overall a truly wonderful service. The care, attention and detail into their work is truly outstanding. If you have any paint work damage or dents then I highly recommend this company. They are definitely a 5 star rating.

DENTMAGIC. seems to be an ok business, but like all repair shops, once they see the car, the price bumps up tenfold, when the quote was already very expensive. I wouldn't recommend, definitely try local garages first.

I travelled to Bristol on a recommendation from a friend who previously had work carried out by Dentmagic and wasn't disappointed. Customer Service was good from first phone call to when they looked at my car with me to make sure I was happy. Work came with a guarantee however be aware they do ask for a £50 deposit on booking which when your unsure does make you a little more nervous.

Stepped in for a quote, was promptly allocated a slot which on attending found everything clearly explained and a range of options offered. Friendly staff then surprised me by offering to go ahead there and then. 30 minutes later and I'm beautifully dent free. Thanks.

Fantastic job had a dent on near side door thought it would need filling and Re spraying but they got the dent out and you wouldn’t even know it had been damaged would definitely recommend them .

My brand new car unfortunately was nudged in the door by another car parking. Rang and then visited Dentmagic at Cribbs for a more detailed inspection with two quotes. Went with the cheaper quote and booked the car within a few days. Repair was great, to cost and with great communication throughout. Would definitely use Dentmagic again.

Dentmagic repaired my car door which had a dink in it. They were extremely knowledgeable, quick and professional. I was very lucky to be able to get it done there and then. Only took 1 hour. Highly recommended.
