4th time used for various paint repair, always good standard and no issues post repair with paintwork. Editing my previous review after initial problems with a complaint handled directly in store where issue was not addressed but was swiftly dealt with by Director, Richard.

I scraped my car along 3 panels and put a dent on the edge of the door. Dent magic repaired it in just over two days . There is now no trace of the damage and it looks as good as new .The repair is also guaranteed . I was offered a free courtesy car which I didn’t take . My car was returned clean and shiny . A good end to a very unfortunate incident. I would definitely use Dent magic again . Hopefully not too soon.

Just picked my Golf up from Dentmagic, Cribbs branch. It had large damage to bumper, missing glass out of wing mirror, very large scratch to rear and general wear and tear. Its come back looking like a new car, they gave it a valet and it looks like it's fresh off the forecourt not a 2013 car. I had a courtesy car provided by them, which I never expected. I had tried for months and months to get glass for wing mirror from all the usual places and couldn't. I'm one very happy customer. Thank you Dentmagic, you really are magic.

Dent to off side wing, deep, due to dropping vfr800 on it, took photos, emailed to Dentmagic who replied quickly, telephoned to book appointment, got the day required, took car in to centre, young man, polite and very helpful explained what would happen, vehicle ready on the day they said, repair done, first class job, paid over phone, collected with our delay

First time that I have used DentMagic however, it was an efficient process from start to finish at Cribbs Causeway. Car was booked in and all went smoothly. Repairs to my BMW X3 were as expected and overall a great service so would recommend this branch to anyone.

A bit of a frustrating visit! The following three things went wrong: a) I needed to use the courtesy car. Had to wait a month for it, then on the day they didn't have it! Fortunately, they did manage one the the day after. b) Was offered a 10% discount, but they didn't apply it to the bill. Fortunately it was only worth £5 c) Picked the car up in the rain, so couldn't really check what they had done. When it had dried out i noticed they had only removed one of the two dents on the car door. Will have to now pop back in to visit them again Pity really as the quality of the work looked good and the staff were friendly.

I took my Porsche in for dent removal to front wing. Although the position of the dent was hard to access, Aaron used Paintless Dent Removal to restore all imperfections to the wing and the results were fantastic. Extremely pleased with the service.

I have just had my rear passenger door repaired after I scraped it against the corner of my house. The staff were friendly & helpful from getting the quote, arranging the courtesy car, dropping the car off to picking it up. I was kept updated of everything by email, and they did their best to accommodate my timing needs. I am delighted with the repair & would definitely use them again.
