Messaged on a Sunday night and received a phone call before 9.30 Monday morning. They don’t stock this product anymore but will organise me a replacement free of charge! There are not many companies which would go the extra mile! I’m very impressed and will certainly use this company again

As I didn’t know when to expect it I emailed Sue who replied almost instantly telling me when to expect my order. She contacted her supplier and came back to me with a definite date. I then received another email telling me who was delivering it. It is lovely when a company/shop etc keep you informed regarding your purchase. I would recommend Lighting Styles Ltd to anyone who wants good efficient service.

United Kingdom | 31 August 2021I ordered five recessed lights for my kitchen. Although payment was taken I was then informed the goods were out of stock until the end of August. As I was not installing them soon I left it at that. By the 23rd August I was informed that the lights would not be in stock until early September 2021. I spoke with Karen, Customer Services, who could not have been more helpful. We discussed options and ion advice ordered the same lights but in a different finish. Although I was not happy initially in that I had paid for but did not receive the goods I was extremally happy with the customer service I received from Karen. I took possession of the lights several days after our conversation and I am happy with them. I do believe Lighting Styles Ltd should inform the customer when ordering the goods if they are not in stock at the time of ordering, prior to payment being taken.Other than that I would order from Lighting Styles Ltd again.

United Kingdom | 01 July 2021Ordered from Lighting Styles back in April as they had the best price for the style pendant light I had picked out. Was contacted by Customer Services shortly after to apologise that stock delivery had been delayed for the colour I'd ordered and that it was expected to be back in by the end of June. They offered several options such as a full immediate refund or other colours/styles available, but I was happy to wait for what I ordered as I was in no rush for the item and appreciate the frustration of shipping delays most retailers have faced over the last year. Fast forward to end of June and they arrived a couple days ago, exactly as informed by CS months prior. Really well packaged, arrived as expected and really a high quality looking product for the price I paid.

He was very helpful and answered all my questions. The lights arrived quickly and they are now installed. They look wonderful! I'm so pleased and will be ordering from them again as the lights, I feel, are very good quality.

United States | 10 May 2021They might not deliver the next day, but this is made very clear when placing an order. People get far too impatient nowadays and expect next day delivery on everything. Yes, my order was delayed, but the communications with the company were excellent. I received replies to my emails within a few hours. When the product arrived in stock, it was delivered the next day. Unfortunately, and totally beyond the control of Lighting Styles, one item didn’t work. A quick email and a replacement was promised without any hassle. This is a respectable company. Problems can and do happen. This company sorts them out. Good old fashioned customer service.

Lighting styles have such a wide range of different fittings that even with the most vivid imagination (I usually "out imagine" what is available on the market) I can usually recommend something from the website to my clients. I love that there is such a large and unique range to choose from, and that in the event something turns out not to be quite suitable, they will allow our clients to return the lights for another product, no questions asked. Every time I have been in, everyone has been really friendly and accommodating. They really are such a lovely team
