The website form was easy to understand and fill out, and Marge gave very clear instructions over the phone on how to use the carnet. We had our carnet approved and delivered within a couple days, and when our currier drove the item across the Canadian border from the States, everything was in order - took 10 minutes for the carnet to be reviewed and no issues.
