Very thorough employees that were easy to contact and made the Carnet process smooth.

The applications are very easy to fill. If I have doubts or questions I go chat and in a matter of minutes the operators very quickly and clearly explain what I need to know. They are very professional. I have done carnets with boomerang for at least 5 years now.

Carnets are so difficult to deal with, but Boomerang made it as painless as possible. I had to rush mine for a video shoot in Mexico and they made sure it got here on time and walked me through everything I needed to do to make it go smoothly. I had a great experience with Kiel today. I'm dealing with travel to two very difficult destinations and carrying professional gear for use in those countries.
