excellent customer service, super responsive. v helpful because this was my first time filing/getting a carnet.

I was worried about turnaround, as it was the weekend and I was traveling last minute with camera gear on the following Tue. I called the emergency number and it was immediately picked up... I got a full rundown on what was necessary, assistance with the online application process, travel tips, etc. Then Monday AM, they were in the office early and I was connected immediately with not only a Carnet Specialist, but the Team Supervisor. We were done in a matter of hours and walked thru not only the pick-up process, but what we needed to do before the carnet expires and additional travel. VERY IMPRESSED with their customer service. Made the process so easy. The Team there caught all of the errors I made and got my carnet out with record speed. Suggest you use them if you are shipping stuff internationally.

After getting shaken down the year before by Mexican customs trying to bring in multiple laptops for a corporate event in Cancun, I looked into getting the proper documentation to carry my production gear in and out of the country. I found boomerang carnets via the USCIB website and it was easy to create a new account and was able to easily speak to someone on the phone when I had a question about my application. They've been very helpful in walking me through the process, and while i've yet to travel with these documents, I'm confident that going to Mexico this time around will go much more smoothly because of their expertise.

Professional and Outstanding Service! Kiel was a true pro and rockstar! This wasn't my first carnet, but the first time I had to do all the back-end work myself. They made the process very simple. There were no hidden costs because they have an estimator on their website. Because I was traveling with rental gear I wasn't able to get the serial numbers till about 36 hours before travel. Rather than deal with the stress of an overnight delivery, Kiel had one of his local partners print all the docs for me to pick up in person the day before! I've also spoken to someone in their office before Kiel, and she was equally as knowledgeable and kind (I think her name was Brenda). I highly recommend Boomerang Carnets. I'll be using their services again in the future.
