The product is fabulous and has made all the difference to the window on the landing, increasing privacy no end. Very straightforward for my son to apply too.

All arrived as ordered and in good condition. The instructions were excellent and follow them through you can't go wrong. Put ours up very quickly and they look great.

Came in the new year,only to be expected over Christmas though. This product is perfect, very easy to fit and the size was spot on. Really looks good and very pleased with it. Highly recommended.

I ordered window film on 19th December, the web site stating that orders placed after 20th December would be dealt with after Christmas. So I expected it to arrive. The money was taken from my credit card on the 19th but so far I've received nothing except this request for a review. No email of confirmation, no apology, no tracking, absolutely nothing.

Placed an order which did not arrive so I contacted the supplier last Sunday and had a reply the following day (Monday) Order delivered on the Tuesday. Brilliant service would recommend this company.

Firstly I found the instructions of how measure windows easy to follow, once done it was straight forward to order. Delivery was swift, the film was was spot on for size and the installation instructions made for a good finish. I would recommend this Company to anyone wishing to apply film to their Windows.

Great quality product, by no means the cheapest but we have bought several times from Purlfrost and the products have been spot on. They give you the tools and clear instructions which even I followed with ease.

Great product and excellent customer service

Have a small window in my cottage that I would love to have redone as stained glass but that would have been ridiculously expensive. Instead opted for window film which has worked so well. The option to scale the film size and select the part of the design you want was so good and really simple to do. As was the application. Just note once ordered and you get the acknowledgement that your order has been received the next communication you will get will be from the courier and not the company.

Bought stickers via website for collection on 23rd December. No one is responding to emails, phone goes straight to voicemail. I also physically travelled to the office all to no avail. The office is closed without any updates in regards to the stickers. At this point I just want my money back and not to be messed around. Very poor from Purlfrost. I’ll be sure to tell friends and family to steer clear of this business to avoid major disappointments.
