Very easy to order on line - a process that I was very nervous about. We also ordered the felt edged tool but it didn't arrive with the order so we emailed the company as soon as we realised and they responded within half an hour apologising and saying it would be sent by first class post that day and it duly arrived as promised. The window film itself is great - we're really happy that it looks exactly as advertised and both the literature and the 'how to......' short videos on youtube were really helpful. In short the product is excellent and the customer service was great. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I'm happy with the window vinyl now that it is up but the instructions for applying this particular vinyl were woeful. It appears I bought the only window vinyl on the site that you apply to the outside of the window, rather than the inside, and this wasn't mentioned on any of the printed instructions or any of the videos on the Purlfrost's YouTube channel. This made the application very confusing and took way longer than it should have. Now it's fitted the vinyl does look great and the quality is good too. If the instructions were even half decent I'd have given this 5 stars.

Good product with excellent and comprehensive instructions

Wanted these for my windows to stop my dogs looking out and barking at everything... Perfect fit as I ordered made to measure and super fast delivery and not expensive at all. Highly recommend. PS it has stopped my dogs barking too.
