The device is much too large for those of us with vaginal atrophy. Very disappointed. And the gel that is recommended stung and burned. Such a waste of money. This is NOT a product for older women.

I ordered this item and within 10 seconds of ordering I realized that the address was wrong. So, within 1 minute and certainly no longer, I contacted the team at Issviva to let them know the address was incorrect and i gave them the correct address. I sent a further 5 emails over the course of the next 24 hours giving the same information and only had one reply to say that they would investigate. I sent a further email but still received no reply until I got an email to say that the order had been delivered. They had delivered this to the address I told them not to!!!! I now have lost my money and no product to show for it as I have no access to the previous address and it is over 100 miles from me.

I have experienced extreme pain and bleeding using the Joylux rejuvenator. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this monstrosity. From my experience, I can’t see how anyone could get benefits from using this “tool.”

Products arrived on time, well packaged, and design packaging itself very well thought/out. This gave me great confidence that I was receiving a quality product! You never can be sure these days. Once opened and used a few times I can safely say they are great quality and beneficial. They both smell lovely; not overpowering. Just yummy and comforting. Will be purchasing again!

I feel I'm in trusted hands with Joylux. I have been using the Vfit Gold since February 2024. My GYN who does my Mona Lisa Touch treatments recommended it to me. It's been a process and for the first time since 2010 I am starting to feel normal. I use several products with my Vfit, the Photonic gel and Photonic wipes. I was so happy Hallie Berry has been bringing awareness about menopause. So when the new product Respin was announced I jumped in and ordered one and some gel. Little did I know I didn't check the free shipping box when I ordered so I was seeing I and $69.00 shipping a day later! So I called and emailed several times over a day or two and then figured that's what I get for not paying attention. Then . . . . . I get a call from Sadia the next day telling me Joylux refunded the $66.00 and they figured I accidently did what I did. I am so grateful and thankful Sadia was there to help me out, and of course, answer more questions because I always have questions. Thank you Joylux team!!

I still havent used it. I was very surprised that you didn't include the gel , so I can use the device! At these prices? That isn't clear when I ordered it. is it ok to use KY Jelly?

This product is beyond stars. It should be rated in galaxies and I would give it five. Menopause was never explained to me and I never thought to be curious about it and it blindsided me. After much sufferring in the dark I tried to do my own research and it seemed like maybe it was too late - the damage was done. After multiple procedures, prescriptions and ridiculous potions and pellets I believed it was too late.and I was in the process of giving up. I happened upon Joylux online and ordered a vFit Gold just as I'd ordered all the other things - I ordered it just in case it would be the elusive thing that would help me, but I did not believe it would be. Well The vFit Gold helped me. It does what it says. Committing to the process is easy because it works. I started to feel like myself again almost immediately. This device is truly a godsend and I am so grateful I happened upon it. Not only is the product itself a blessing, the information that comes along with it via the app and website is a long overdue gift to uninformed and misinformed women like me. This company deserves infinite gratitude for gathering, organizing and providing all this information. It’s an amazing resource. Hopefully we won’t need it at some point, because the information will be passed on generously and with compassion to all daughters, and women will be empowered as they age by the knowledge given them instead of searching in desperation because of what was withheld. But in the meantime, the power of knowledge is being offered to us here. And as if that is not enough, this company stands by the product and will not abandon you should you have an issue with your device. They are women, they are helpful and kind, and they truly want you to feel better. If you are reading this you are still hopeful enough to find your solution. Please don’t hesitate to give this a try. It is not a luxury item, it is a necessity. It is an investment in your everything. I owe much of my well being and sanity to this warm, red light. I will not ever be without it.

I haven't had my device for two weeks and the red lights stopped working. I've made sure it's charged and nothing. I am COMPLETELY disappointed!!! I saved up money to buy this device to help my health issues.
