Terrible customer service and product. I ordered a liquid iron supplement for my kiddo from this site. It was listed as lemon flavor. It tasted terrible. It didn't taste like lemons or anything edible and it left a metallic taste in your mouth that lingered for hours. Even after brushing. I contacted the company to see about returning it as it is not going to be used by my kiddo due to the taste. They simply directed me to their return policy that states products must be in original packaging and sellable condition. To be honest, I have never come across a vitamin, supplement, or beauty supply company that would not take the item back, even after use. These products are known for causing adverse reactions and companies usually understand this and factor it in. I do understand having a policy around returns, but I also believe that there are times that exceptions should be made. A little more concern for the product not working for us or what our specific issue was with it would have been helpful. I am also concerned that this company is re-selling returned products, since they will take them back in unopened form. This is illegal and makes me question this company as a whole. Anyway, I won't be ordering from them again and will be returning the un-opened package. Beware- the liquid ferrous sulfate supplement is inedible and I would highly recommend against purchasing it.

I love this product. I was in an auto accident years ago and ruptured a disk. I purchased several types of glucosamine/chondroitin and found that only the one made with the sulfates helped me heal. I got so that I could tell which pill I took by the pain level, so I quit using the ones without the sulfates. On and off over the years I have re-injured the disk by lifting something too heavy. This supplement always helps me heal. I paid far less at Hargraves than I paid last time on Amazon. Thank you!!

I ordered my product on June 30th it is now Jully 11 and I still havent received it. To top it all off I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping and have emailed them 4 times regarding a refund on my extra shipping cost and have heard nothing from them.
