Capsaicin Cream gave instant overnight relief for stiff fingers and joints. Don't over apply (as I did the 1st time) as it can leave a burning sensation. Wash hands well after use and keep fingers away from eyes, nose and mouth as residue stays there a while. Product worked Great for me.
